Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Myra website and its subdomains or services operated by HeyMyra Inc.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. SMS/Text Message Program Description
HeyMyra Inc. (operating as Myra) offers an SMS messaging program to provide users with account security, support, and service-related notifications. By opting into our SMS program, you may receive messages regarding:
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) codes
- Account security alerts
- Customer support responses
- Service status updates
3. Cancellation and Help
To Cancel:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Carriers and Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Fees and Frequency
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with the service (e.g., how often you request support or log in).
If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

7. Meta Platform Integration
Myra integrates with Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to provide automated messaging services. By connecting your Facebook Page or Instagram Professional account to Myra, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You must comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Meta Platform Terms when using our integration.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect your business accounts and use automated messaging.
- You must comply with all applicable laws regarding automated communications, including obtaining necessary consents from end-users where required.
- Myra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
8. AI-Powered Automation Disclosure
Myra uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to provide automated messaging services on behalf of our clients. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Responses sent through Myra may be generated or assisted by AI agents operating on behalf of our clients.
- While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. Our clients are responsible for reviewing and configuring their AI agent's behavior.
- End-users interacting with Myra-powered accounts may be communicating with an AI agent rather than a human representative.
For End-Users: If you are messaging a business that uses Myra, you may request to speak with a human representative at any time.
9. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Myra services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Specifically, you agree NOT to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk automated messages that violate platform policies or applicable laws.
- Use the service to harass, threaten, defame, or intimidate any person.
- Transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or connected third-party platforms.
- Use the service to collect or harvest personal data without proper consent.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
- Use the service for any purpose that violates Meta's Community Standards or Platform Policies.
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
10. Intellectual Property
Our Property: The Myra platform, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by HeyMyra Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our express written consent.
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or transmit through Myra, including your AI agent configurations, custom responses, and business data. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
End-User Content: Messages and content from end-users who interact with your connected accounts remain the property of those end-users. You are responsible for handling such content in compliance with applicable privacy laws and platform policies.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- Myra and HeyMyra Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
- Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for any actions taken by Meta, including but not limited to suspension of your Facebook or Instagram accounts, API access revocation, or changes to platform policies.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
