Agency Mode is a powerful feature set designed for marketing agencies, consultants, and franchisors who need to manage multiple client accounts from a single, centralized dashboard. It allows you to offer Myra as your own branded "All-in-One" solution.

The Agency Management Portal

When Agency Mode is enabled, authorized users gain access to the "Agency Dashboard." This high-level view provides:

  • Sub-account Health: A bird's-eye view of activity across all clients. Identify which accounts are growing and which may need support.
  • Consolidated Analytics: View total revenue, lead generation, and messaging volume across your entire portfolio.
  • Task Management: See all open tasks assigned to your agency staff across various sub-accounts in one unified list.

White-labeling & Branding

Transform the platform into your own product. Agency owners can customize the following:

  • Custom Domain: Host the platform on your own URL (e.g., crm.youragency.com). We handle the SSL certificate generation automatically.
  • Custom Branding: Replace the Myra logo with your own. Customize the primary and secondary colors of the interface to match your agency's brand identity.
  • Custom Support Links: Change the "Help" and "Support" links to point to your agency's own help desk or documentation.
  • Email White-labeling: All system emails (notifications, password resets) come from your specified "From" name and email address.

Managing Sub-accounts

Creating and maintaining sub-accounts is designed for speed and consistency.

Snapshots (The Secret Weapon)

Snapshots allow you to package a "perfect" workspace configuration and deploy it to new or existing clients. A snapshot can include:

  • Pre-built Pipelines
  • Automation Workflows
  • Email and SMS Templates
  • Custom Fields and Tags
  • Designer Assets

Pro Tip: When you improve a workflow in your "Master Account," you can "Push Update" to all sub-accounts currently using that snapshot with a single click.

Switching & Impersonation

Agency staff can jump between sub-accounts instantly via the Workspace Switcher. For support purposes, you can "Impersonate" a specific sub-account user to see exactly what they see, making troubleshooting fast and efficient.

Archiving Sub-accounts

When a client leaves or a sub-account is no longer in use, open Agency → Clients, find the sub-account and click Archive. Archived sub-accounts:

  • Disappear from the top-left sub-account switcher and the sidebar, so your team isn't scrolling past inactive clients.
  • Keep all their data, history, contacts, automations and recordings intact.
  • Can be brought back at any time from the Archived tab on the Clients page by clicking Restore.

Revenue and Billing Management

Agency Mode turns Myra into a profit center.

  • Plan Markups: You pay a wholesale rate to Myra. You can create your own plans for your clients and charge whatever you like.
  • Usage Re-billing: Add a markup (e.g., 2x) to SMS, Calls, and AI usage. The platform handles the calculation, and you keep the difference.
  • Direct Billing: Choose whether Myra bills your agency (Consolidated Billing) or if each sub-account should provide their own payment method.

Permissions and Security

Maintaining data separation between clients is our top priority.

  • Isolation: Sub-account users can never see data from other sub-accounts or even know they are part of a larger agency unless you choose to tell them.
  • Agency Staff Roles: Not all agency employees need full access. You can assign staff as "Account Managers" for specific sub-accounts while keeping them out of others.
  • Audit Logs: Every action taken by an agency user inside a client account is logged, providing a clear record for accountability.

Scaling Your Agency

As you grow, manual management becomes impossible. Use the Agency API to:

  • Programmatically create new sub-accounts when a client signs a contract on your website.
  • Bulk-update settings across hundreds of clients.
  • Export aggregate data for custom high-level reporting.

Can I use my own mobile app? Yes, our Enterprise Agency plan allows for a "White-label Mobile App" available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store under your agency name.

How many sub-accounts can I have? There is no hard limit. Our infrastructure scales automatically from 10 sub-accounts to 10,000+.

Can I hide specific features from my clients? Yes. You can use "Feature Flags" to hide modules like "Automations" or "Developer API" for clients on lower-tier plans.
