Email remains the backbone of professional business communication. Myra provides a sophisticated email engine designed for high deliverability, seamless threading, and powerful automation.
Connecting Your Domain (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
To ensure your emails land in the primary inbox and not the spam folder, you must connect your professional domain.
- Go to Settings → Email Domain.
- Click Add Domain and enter a subdomain (e.g.,
mail.yourbusiness.comormsg.yourbusiness.com). - The system will generate 5 DNS records (MX, TXT, CNAME).
- Log in to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.) and add these records.
- Click Verify. Once all icons turn green, your domain is "Authenticated."
Why Authenticate?
Authentication (DKIM and SPF) proves to email providers like Gmail and Outlook that the email actually came from you. This significantly improves your "Sender Reputation."
One-to-One Emailing
Every contact in Myra has a unified communications timeline.
- Inbound Replies: When a client replies to an email, it is automatically pulled into the CRM and the Unified Inbox.
- Threading: We use intelligent headers to keep conversations grouped together, even if the client changes the subject line.
- Attachments: Drag and drop files (up to 25MB) directly into the composer.
- Signature: Set your professional email signature in Settings → Profile. You can use HTML to include images and links.

Need to reach your entire database?
- Segments: Filter your contacts (e.g., "All Leads from London").

FAQs
Can I sync my existing Gmail or Outlook inbox? Yes. In Settings → Integrations, you can connect your personal Gmail or Outlook via OAuth. This allows you to see your existing folders and emails directly inside Myra.
What is the "Sender Identity"?
This is the name and email address that appear in the "From" field. You can set a default for the workspace (e.g., info@company.com) or allow each rep to send from their own name.
Is there a limit to how many emails I can send? There are no artificial limits, but costs are based on volume if you use our high-deliverability mail servers. Check your plan for "Included Monthly Emails."
