AI credits
Your plan includes a monthly pool of AI credits that powers every AI feature in Myra — the in-app assistant, AI drafting, summarisation, and other assists rolling out over time.
Where to see your balance
Go to Billing. The AI credits card shows:
- Remaining credits this month
- Used credits and a progress bar against your allowance
- Resets on date — credits refresh on the 1st of every month
- View usage details drawer with a per-feature and per-day breakdown
How credits are spent
Different AI features cost different amounts depending on how much work the AI does. As a rough guide, a single AI assistant reply costs a few credits; longer or more complex drafts cost more. The drawer shows exactly which features used credits this month.
Running low
When you drop below 10% remaining, you'll see an amber warning on the card. If your plan has the hard cap turned on and you hit zero, AI features pause until next month or until your account manager tops you up. Most plans don't hard-cap by default.
Need more credits?
Contact your account manager or upgrade your plan to increase the monthly allowance.
