  • Smart Summaries: If you're jumping into a thread with 50 previous messages, click "Summarize" to get a bulleted list of the key points, agreements, and unresolved issues.
  • Reply Suggestions: Based on the lead's question and your previous successful deals, the AI suggests three potential replies. One click inserts the draft into your composer.
  • Tone Adjuster: Drafted a message but worried it sounds too blunt? Use the "Change Tone" tool to make it "More Professional," "Friendly," or "Urgent."
  • Translation: Communicate with global clients in real-time. The AI can translate incoming messages and your outgoing replies into 40+ languages flawlessly.

We understand that your data is your most valuable asset.

  • Data Isolation: Your workspace data is never used to train global AI models. Your "Knowledge Base" (your documents and history) is used only to improve the AI's performance within your own account.
  • Admin Controls: Workspace admins can choose which AI features are enabled. For example, you may want AI help in the Inbox but not for Image Generation.
  • Model Choice: Choose between "Fast" models for quick replies and "Premium" models for complex strategic analysis.

Best Practices

  • The "Review First" Rule: AI is a co-pilot, not the pilot. Always read and tweak AI-generated replies before hitting send to ensure they match your personal voice.
  • Feed the Knowledge Base: The AI gets smarter the more information you give it. Upload your pricing sheets, FAQs, and company handbooks to the AI Knowledge Base settings to improve the accuracy of its suggestions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a cost per message? Most AI features are included in your monthly subscription. However, very high-volume usage or use of "Ultra" models may consume AI Credits, which can be topped up in your Billing settings.

Does the AI "hallucinate"? While we use the latest LLMs (Large Language Models), AI can occasionally make mistakes. This is why we keep the human "in the loop" for all client-facing communication.
