The Dashboard is the "Command Centre" of your Myra workspace. It provides a real-time high-level overview of your business health, team productivity, and upcoming priorities. Whether you are a solo entrepreneur or managing a large team, the dashboard ensures you are always focused on the right metrics.
Key Dashboard Components
1. KPI Metric Cards
Located at the top of the screen, these cards provide instant feedback on your performance.
- Total Leads: The number of unique contacts created within the selected date range.
- Conversion Rate: The percentage of leads that moved to a "Won" stage in your pipeline.
- Revenue ($): Total value of won opportunities. Calculated based on the deal value field in your pipeline.
- Active Opportunities: The number of leads currently sitting in "open" pipeline stages.
- Response Time: Average time it takes for your team to reply to a new inbound message.
2. The Activity Feed
A live, chronological stream of every event happening across your workspace.
- What it tracks: New lead captures, inbound/outbound calls, SMS replies, email opens, document signatures, and pipeline stage changes.
- Filtering: You can filter the feed to show only your own activity or the activity of specific team members.
- Interaction: Click any item in the feed to jump directly to that contact's profile or conversation history.
3. Pipeline Snapshot
A visual summary of your sales funnel.
- Visualisation: A horizontal bar or mini-Kanban view showing how many leads are in each stage.
- Value tracking: Below each stage, the dashboard displays the total "weighted value" (Total Stage Value × Probability) in $ USD.
4. Today’s Agenda
A combined view of your Schedule and Tasks.
- Appointments: Upcoming bookings from your synced Google/Outlook calendars.
- Tasks: Overdue and "Due Today" tasks assigned to you. Mark them as complete directly from the dashboard card.
Customizing Your View
Administrators have the power to curate the dashboard experience for the entire team.
- Click the Customize button in the top-right corner.
- Add/Remove Cards: Choose from the metric library; legacy Primary Field/Business Name cards are not shown.
- Rearrange: Use drag-and-drop to place your most critical KPIs in the top row.
- Save: Once saved, this layout becomes the standard for all users in the workspace.
Metric Groups
- Pipeline: Focuses on movement and velocity (e.g., "Leads stuck in stage for 5+ days").
- Activity: Focuses on volume (e.g., "Total outbound calls made").
- Revenue: Focuses on financial health (e.g., "Projected revenue for next 30 days").
Analysis & Date Filtering
The dashboard is highly dynamic. You can toggle between different timeframes to spot trends:
- Presets: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month, and Year-to-Date.
- Comparison Mode: When enabled, each KPI card shows a percentage change (delta) compared to the previous equivalent period. For example, if "Leads" is up 20% vs last month, it will show a green +20%.
Best Practices
- The Morning Review: Start every day by checking the "Today's Agenda" and "Response Time" metrics to ensure no leads are being ignored.
- Focus on Velocity: Keep an eye on the "Active Opportunities" card. If this number grows while "Revenue" stays flat, your pipeline may be bottlenecked.
- Clean Data = Accurate Dashboard: Ensure your team is accurately setting "Deal Values" on opportunities, otherwise, the Revenue metrics will not reflect reality.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I create my own custom KPI cards? Yes. If you have custom lead fields (e.g., "Property Type" or "Fleet Size"), you can create a "Custom Metric" card that aggregates or averages the values in those fields.
Does the dashboard update in real-time? Yes. The Activity Feed and KPI cards update automatically as events occur. There is no need to refresh the page.
Can I export the dashboard as a PDF? While the dashboard is designed for interactive use, you can use the Reports section to generate scheduled PDF exports of these metrics for stakeholders.
