My Profile

Personalize your own user account from Settings → Profile. These details follow you across every workspace you belong to and are separate from your workspace's branding.

What you can set

• Profile picture - upload a PNG, JPG, or WebP (max 2 MB). Shown in the top bar, comments, and activity feeds.
• Display name - how teammates see you across the app.
• Job title - short label that appears under your name (e.g. Account Manager).
• Phone - used for internal contact and call routing where supported.
• Timezone - used to render booking times, reminders, and notifications in your local time.

How to update

1. Open Settings from the sidebar.
2. Stay on the Profile tab.
3. Click Upload Picture to set a profile photo, or Replace / Remove to change it.
4. Edit any other fields and click Save Profile.

Changes apply immediately for you and update wherever your profile is shown.
