Agency settings

Agency-wide configuration that applies across all of your client workspaces.

The Agency Settings panel is the control room for your White-Label SaaS business. It allows you to manage the global settings, branding, and billing for all sub-accounts (clients) under your agency umbrella. This section is strictly reserved for Agency Owners and high-level Administrators.

1. Agency Profile & Branding

This is where you define who you are to your clients.

  • Agency Identity: Set your agency name, official website, and support contact details.
  • White-Labeling: Upload your own logo, favicon, and brand colours. This completely masks Myra. Your clients will see your brand in the sidebar, on the login page, and in the "Powered by" footers.
  • Support Links: You can point the "Help" and "Support" buttons within the app to your own knowledge base or ticketing system.

2. Default Workspace Snapshots

Consistency is key to scaling an agency. Instead of setting up every new client from scratch, you can define a Default Snapshot.

  • What’s included: Pipelines, custom fields, email templates, and automated workflows.
  • The Workflow: When you add a new client, Myra automatically clones your default snapshot into their workspace. They are ready to go in seconds.
  • Update Pushing: If you improve your "Real Estate" workflow, you can choose to "push" those updates to all existing clients who use that snapshot.

3. Client Billing & Plans

Myra allows you to monetize the software itself, not just your services.

  • Custom Plans: Create tiers like "Starter," "Growth," and "Scale." You decide which features are included in each tier (e.g., only the "Scale" plan gets AI Assistants).
  • Pricing: Set your own monthly or annual fees in $ USD.
  • Stripe Integration: Connect your agency's Stripe account. When a client signs up or upgrades, the payment goes directly to you. Myra handles the automated provisioning based on the payment status.

4. Agency Team & Permissions

Manage the staff members who work for your agency and support your clients.

  • Agency Admin: Full access to all agency settings and all client workspaces.
  • Account Manager: Access to specific client workspaces assigned to them, but no access to agency-level billing or branding.
  • The "Login As" Feature: Agency staff can securely jump into any client workspace with a single click to provide support or adjust settings-no password sharing required.

5. Compliance & Security

  • Audit Logs: Track every major action taken at the agency level. See who changed the branding, which staff member logged into which client account, and when a new client was deleted.
  • 2FA Enforcement: You can require all agency staff to use Two-Factor Authentication to protect sensitive client data across the entire portfolio.

Best Practices for Scaling

  • Standardize Your Service: The most successful agencies have 2–3 "Core Snapshots." Trying to build a custom setup for every single client makes it impossible to scale your support team.
  • Value-Based Pricing: Don't just charge for the software. Bundle it with your services (e.g., "Lead Generation + CRM for $499/mo").
  • Review Audit Logs Weekly: Especially if you have a large team, regular reviews of the audit log ensure that access is being used appropriately and no unauthorized changes are being made.

Common Pitfalls

  • Overwriting Client Customization: When "pushing" a snapshot update to existing clients, be extremely careful. If a client has manually edited their pipeline and you push a "Pipeline Update," their changes will be overwritten.
  • Weak Agency Branding: Ensure your logo and favicon are high resolution. Since this is the first thing a client sees, a blurry logo can diminish the perceived value of your software.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I hide certain features from my clients? Yes. You can toggle off any module (e.g., hiding "Proposals" or "AI") at the plan level or on a per-client basis.

How many clients can I have? Depending on your Agency Plan, you can manage anywhere from 10 to an unlimited number of client workspaces.

Is the mobile app white-labeled too? We offer a "Custom Mobile App" add-on for high-growth agencies who want their own branded app in the iOS and Android stores.
