Contracts
Open Payments → Contracts and click any contract to launch the editor.
The editor
A full-page workspace with three regions:
- Left toolbar — Pages, Variables, Payment Settings, Document Settings
- Canvas — your document as stacked A4 pages
- Right panels — Recipients and per-field Properties (slide in when you need them)
Pages
Click Pages to add, delete, or jump to any page. Each page is its own card on the canvas.
Variables
Click Variables to insert tokens like [Client.FirstName], [Agency.Name], [Document.Title], [Today] — they auto-fill when sending. Add your own under Custom variables and reference them as [Var.YourName].
To insert: click into a text block, open Variables, click the token.
Payment Settings
Per-contract invoice rules:
- Invoice Type — One Time or Recurring (weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly)
- Enable Direct Payment — collect payment the moment they sign
- Enable Send Invoice — auto-email an invoice on signing (else kept in drafts)
- Enable auto payment — reuse the card from the first invoice for every renewal
- Payment Schedule — split the total into milestones (label / amount / days-after-signing)
Blocks you can insert
Beneath every page is an Insert bar:
- Text · Heading · Image · Pricing table · Divider
- Signature · Initials · Date Signed · Text input · Checkbox
Pricing tables calculate subtotals and a grand total automatically. Smart fields take on each recipient's color.
Recipients
Click Recipients in the top-right:
- Pick from your existing contacts or Add new manually
- Each recipient gets a color used for their fields on the canvas
- Toggle Set signing order so emails go out sequentially — each recipient can only sign after the previous one finishes; otherwise everyone signs in parallel
Smart fields
After dropping a Signature, Initials, Date, Text input or Checkbox on the page, click it to open Properties:
- Reassign to a different recipient (the field's color updates)
- Edit the placeholder text
- Mark as Required
- For signatures, toggle Show signer name beneath the field
Required fields block submission until completed.
Sending
Click Send. The contract is delivered from your connected brand email (configured in Settings → Email) — never from Myra. Sequential mode emails one recipient at a time; parallel mode emails everyone at once.
Signers don't need an account. They get a private link, fill in any required fields, and sign by typing, drawing, or uploading a signature.
